The explosion of the digital age has made it possible for students anywhere to take advantage of the unique opportunity to become part of this fascinating and rewarding project by completing an internship through the Theodore Roosevelt Center. Dedicated Center staff members mentor students and provide them with valuable experience prior to entering the workforce.
Our interns are a vital part of our work here at the Theodore Roosevelt Center. They hail from all over and study in some of the best library science and history programs in the country. They help Center staff catalog items, review items, and conduct copyright research, and they provide valuable input into some of the ongoing projects of the Center. They have worked in every collection in the Theodore Roosevelt Digital Library to date.
Internships are usually posted in the early spring, and students complete their work between May and August. These are remote internships.
